This IP Audit is a preliminary assessment that helps to ascertain whether your organization has any intellectual property, and if it does, if it is adequately protected. If we see that they are not adequately protected, we will suggest the necessary steps which you need to take to ensure adequate protection.

2. How is it useful?

An IP audit is not only useful, it is essential in today’s business environment. Intellectual property is one of the most valuable assets a business can possess, especially one in the IT sector, such as yours. However, the vast majority of businesses are not aware of this fact, and even if they are, they have not determined what intellectual properties they might be in possession of.

Given the volume of responses likely to be generated by this exercise and the diligence applied by our professionals to the assessment of each response, you should receive a report within 20-30 days.
